I've only delt with Mainline Insurance, they have really good roofing insurance and never ran into any of these crazy issues I've read. Pass the word, Mainline will help out and save you money. We have heard of a few other companies with sub-standard support, but "ok" policies. Just putting in my good work for Mainline since they take care of their people. Best of luck to you in the future.
